Throughout history, scientific thinkers have led the way for better health, increased prosperity, and the advancement of our civilization. Generation after generation, their creativity, problem-solving and collaborations have led to the breakthroughs that allow us to flourish on every corner of the planet.

The challenges we face grow ever more complex — from economic uncertainty to depleting fresh water, rapid population growth, climate change and energy transitions, food scarcity — and our civilization needs creators, innovators, and problem solvers now more than ever.

How do we empower the creativity and potential of the next generation? How can we provide them with the broad range of skills vital to our future? What are the most promising learning models, communities, technologies, and resources around the world?

These are questions to be explored at the Equinox Summit: Learning 2030, a multinational, multidisciplinary and multigenerational collaboration that aims to foster the next generation of problem solvers. Through a series of private working sessions, experts in learning sciences and policy, civil society, and the private sector will investigate learning pathways for youth in the decades ahead with a focus on helping them develop a powerful skill set for the 21st Century.
